A mason with twenty years on site has more skill than a fresh diploma-holder and no paper to prove it. That single gap keeps him on daily wages, out of formal employment, and outside the reach of any bank.
Recognition of Prior Learning exists precisely for this, and almost no one runs it at scale for people who need it most. We hold free assessment camps where workers are tested on what they already do, bridged on the small gaps, and certified.
The certificate is the beginning, not the end. It unlocks formal contracts, higher rates, skill-linked insurance and, for many, a bank account that will actually lend.
How the programme works

Questions about this programme
Do I need to attend a course to get certified?
Usually not. If your existing skill meets the standard you are certified directly. Bridge training is only for the specific gaps the assessment finds, and it is short.
What is the certificate actually worth?
It is a nationally recognised skill certificate. In practice it raises daily rates, makes formal contracts possible, and is accepted as evidence of occupation for welfare board registration and skill-linked loan schemes.
