We need specific things, and being honest about which helps both of us.
- Trainers for IT, AI and vocational centres — evenings and weekends
- Doctors, dentists, optometrists and paramedics for health camps
- Flood rescue volunteers — requires genuine training and seasonal availability
- Counsellors for the mental health programme, with supervision provided
- Lawyers and paralegals for documentation and legal aid camps
- Yatra attendants to accompany elderly pilgrims — patience matters more than strength
- Companions for weekly visits to senior citizens living alone
- Accountants and company secretaries for the unglamorous back office
Request a programme in your area
Write to us with the location, the approximate number of households, and what is missing — a health camp, a documentation camp, a training centre, animal sterilisation. We prioritise places where no comparable service is within reach.
If you need help
Contact us directly for assisted pilgrimage, last rites for a family member you cannot afford to bury or cremate, tracing a migrant relative, disability aids, documentation and entitlements, or counselling. We do not means-test people in distress before responding.
