Festivals and community celebration

Festivals are the one time of year when an entire neighbourhood is already gathered, organised and willing. Almost nobody uses that.

We do. Every festival we support carries a blood donation camp, a health screening camp, or both — the crowd is there, the volunteers are there, and the turnout beats anything a standalone camp achieves.

We also work on the environmental side, which matters more each year: shadu and biodegradable idols, artificial immersion tanks, noise limits observed properly, waste segregated during the event rather than swept up after, and the ground left cleaner than we found it.

How the programme works

  • A blood donation or health camp attached to every celebration
  • Shadu and biodegradable idols, artificial immersion tanks
  • Noise, crowd safety and waste segregation planned before the event
  • Festivals of all communities supported, not one alone

What your donation buys

  • ₹10,000A blood donation camp at a festival mandal
  • ₹35,000An artificial immersion tank for one locality
  • ₹75,000Supporting a full community celebration with camps attached

Questions about this programme

Do you only support Hindu festivals?

No. We support festivals of all communities. Ganesh Chaturthi and Navratri are the largest in the regions where we started, which is why they are named most often.

How can our mandal work with the foundation?

Contact us before the season starts. We help with eco-friendly idols and immersion, crowd and waste planning, and we bring the blood donation or health camp and its volunteers.
