Programmes that run out of borrowed rooms stop when the room is needed for something else. Owning the building is what turns a camp into a service.

We build and equip the premises our own programmes need — training centres, clinics, hostels, shelters, gaushala sheds — and community amenities that nobody else will fund, like toilet blocks and water points in bastis.

Construction is a means, never a business. We do not develop or trade property, and every structure is held for charitable use.
